The customer is from a country in West Africa, engaged in oil drilling and gold mining for years. He is one of SBM’s old friends. He has ever bought a ball mill from SBM at the end of 2015. During that cooperation, the customer had a good impression on our equipment quality and service.
In March, 2017, the customer contacted SBM again and expressed that he wanted to invest in a gold cyanidation line. Moved by his trust, SBM’s staff immediately drafted a design plan for him and sent him a quote in a short time. Meanwhile, to fully grasp the actual situations, the sales manager responsible for this project, technicians and engineers came to his project site together.
