Gold Mining Technical Improvement Project of Rongda Mining Corp. in Sichuan

Daily operation: 16 hours; Material: gold ore; Final product size: <12mm

The original gold crushing production line used C100+GP11F two stage – closed-circuit crushing process with final product size less than 18mm; according to production requirements, it needed to expand the scale and reduced the grinding size. So three stage – closed-circuit process was taken and our company’s single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher HST160 and multi cylinder hydraulic cone crusher HPT300 were arranged to form the crushing line C100+HST160 (S2) +GP11F, HPT300. The new processing technology makes output size reach less than 12 mm, which attains the capacity of processing a great deal of qualified materials and the ideal product size before grinding. After a long time of production and operation, production capacity significantly exceeds the original design expectations.
