Sichuan 30,000TPY Quartz Sand Grinding Plant

The customer is a state-owned enterprise with many subsidiaries which involve various different businesses. One of which is about refractory material preparation. To produce refractory materials, the customer purchased from SBM MTW138 Grinding Mills to grind quartz sand. The capacity was around 30,000 tons per year.

Customer Feedback

The roller and grinding ring are newly developed by SBM, which are totally different from traditional rollers and rings which adopt high manganese steel. So we purchased the equipment mainly for this point. Actually, the applying effect was satisfying with good-quality wear-proof parts and large production capacity.
